Everything You Need to Know About The Blueprint Diversity Mark

The Blueprint is the definitive mark for racial diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

To apply, organisations must complete a comprehensive 40-question application evaluated by an independent panel. Panel members score each submission individually before convening for a final judges’ meeting.

Scoring 70–100 points awards The Blueprint Ally status (Silver), while scoring 101–136 points achieves The Blueprint Full status (Gold).

Accredited organisations sign up to 23 core commitments, dedicated to driving measurable diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
