BME PR Pros has officially evolved into The Pros Collective. While the name has changed, the mission remains steadfast: championing Black, Asian, Mixed Race, and Ethnic Minority pros. Since 2017, we’ve been dedicated to ensuring talented individuals get the careers they deserve while helping organisations thrive through diversity.
The Pros Collective serves as the unified home for several industry-leading initiatives including: The Blueprint (the definitive diversity mark); The Pros Awards (celebrating excellence and representation) and The Xec. (the high-impact leadership scheme for the next generation of pros).
