The Blueprint Terms

^

Applying for The Blueprint is no guarantee your organisation will secure The Blueprint or Blueprint Ally status.

^
Only organisations with a strong and consistent track record for promoting diversity and inclusion are eligible to apply for The Blueprint. Therefore, only organisations running for a minimum of four years (with full time staff – excluding founders – for a minimum of three years) are eligible to apply for The Blueprint.
^

The Blueprint takes a zero-tolerance approach to racism, harassment, bullying, intimidation or microaggressions. For Blueprinted organisations, that could mean the removal of the diversity mark and for applicants, that could mean disqualification from the application process for up to three years.

^

The Blueprint is committed to transparency and accountability. Organisations awarded The Blueprint are expected to publicly state the work they have done to secure The Blueprint and the results they have achieved. Organisations that refuse to discuss the diversity work detailed in their Blueprint application will not receive The Blueprint or The Blueprint Ally status.

^

Awarded organisations are signed up to The Blueprint commitments and are expected to work towards all including publishing diversity data.

^
The Blueprint judges can request clarification or additional information on any point raised in a Blueprint application. Refusal or inability to provide either clarification or additional information will result in disqualification for up to one year.
^
Organisations applying for The Blueprint are expected to provide accurate information in their application form. Should the judges ask for clarification or proof of a specific point and an organisation is unable to provide it, organisations risk disqualification for up to one year.
^
The application deadline for The Blueprint diversity mark is midday on the first Thursday of March, June, September and December. Late applications will be refused.
