The Blueprint Terms
Applying for The Blueprint is no guarantee your organisation will secure The Blueprint or Blueprint Ally status.
The Blueprint takes a zero-tolerance approach to racism, harassment, bullying, intimidation or microaggressions. For Blueprinted organisations, that could mean the removal of the diversity mark and for applicants, that could mean disqualification from the application process for up to three years.
The Blueprint is committed to transparency and accountability. Organisations awarded The Blueprint are expected to publicly state the work they have done to secure The Blueprint and the results they have achieved. Organisations that refuse to discuss the diversity work detailed in their Blueprint application will not receive The Blueprint or The Blueprint Ally status.
Awarded organisations are signed up to The Blueprint commitments and are expected to work towards all including publishing diversity data.
Run an organisation genuinely committed to diversity and inclusion with a strong track record to prove it?
Then apply for The Blueprint. We’d love to work with you.
